The fourth annual Festival will take place on February 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2017, and will feature the Otis Taylor Band at the Caldwell Consistory on Saturday evening and Lea Gilmore performing Gospel Blues with a local choir at Wesley United Methodist Church on Sunday!

Organized by The Exchange in partnership with the Briggs Farm Blues Festival, and with start-up collaboration from Downtown Bloomsburg, Inc., and the Billtown Blues Association, Destination Blues features international, national, and regional blues performers at multiple venues.
