THE COMMUNITY MARKET RETURNS THIS WEEKEND

Buy Fresh, Buy Local, for the holidays! The Market will open for its Fall 2012 season on Saturdays from the 3rd of November through the 22nd of December, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring locally-grown fruits and vegetables, breads and other baked goods, meats, eggs, cheeses, soups, and coffees as well as art, craft, wool, and more. Vendors will include Bason Coffee Roasting, Ballengee Farm, Columbia County Bread & Granola, Cramer’s Valley View Growers, Lazy B Country Herbs and Gifts, artist Betty Jane Maker, Kubra Riaz with Indian food, the Starving Artists with hot and fresh breakfasts, Tudor House Pies, Waxen Candles, and Worthington Acres Alpacas. After you shop, enjoy your purchases in the Grille Room with your friends and neighbors. Get to know where your food — and your art — come from and the people who produce it.
