Legendary Comics and Tea Room will host a Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 5th from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. With over 40 free titles, free bowling from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., light refreshments, and a sampling of their specialty teas, it’s sure to be a good time for all! Donation jars in the store and the bowling alley to benefit DC Comic’s We Can Be Heroes campaign. The donation is split between Save the Children (http://www.savethechildren.org/), International Rescue Committee (http://www.rescue.org/), and Mercy Corps (https://www.mercycorps.org/). As a part of DC’s campaign, they have pledged to match every donation 100% up to $1,000,000.
