Hear ye, hear ye, all Halloweeners through age 12. Downtown Bloomsburg, the YMCA and the Exchange invite you to trick or treat at participating businesses on Main Street Friday, October 28 from 5:30-8 pm. Collect 5 stickers on your Costume Contest Ticket that night and head to the Exchange from 7-8 pm to participate in the Costume Contest. It’s a night of fun, food and crafts at the Exchange!
