Mushtaq Elahi, owner of Bloomsburg’s own Sakuntala Restaurant, returns to teach monthly cooking classes on the last Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. in the Community Kitchen. The next class will be held on the 26th of August. This popular series, focusing on Indian cuisine, has attracted full enrollment since the spring of 2011. In each session, Mushtaq discusses ingredients and demonstrates preparation of each meal from scratch.
